Wonderful over the counter energy and mental clarity product.
Great product. I really wasn’t expecting much but I was pleased instantly. I’m going through chemotherapy and I’m always tired. After reading some reviews, I was concerned about getting too much energy, so I started with half the the recommended serving size. I felt good. 2 days later I decided to go for the full recommended size and it was the best thing for energy and mental clarity for the last two years. Not only it works great but the taste is awesome.I have had more energy and mental clarity in the past several days than I have had in the last two years.

Helps prevents cramping
Nice BCAA supplements to help prevent cramping when I’m out doing endurance cardio workouts like running and cycling where I’m out for hours. Very reasonable priced and easy to swallow

speedy recovery
I started taking these to help with recovery after my workouts. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, but I’ve definitely noticed less muscle soreness the next day. I can also feel like I have more energy during my longer runs, which is a bonus. It’s easy to take, and I like that it’s vegan. I’ll be keeping this as part of my routine for sure.

Good weight lifting supplement
My workouts can be pretty intense and I tend to feel a lot of fatigue after my workouts and sometimes I am unable to have an adequate intake of protein in my diet to aid recovery but I noticed taking these supplements daily has helped my recovery. It’s a pretty large pill compared to other pills but it wasn’t hard to swallow. It’s definitely a quality supplement to add to your every day pills. It doesn’t taste like anything to me to be honest as I take it with the rest of my daily pills. It’s pretty effective and does was it’s advertised to do. I’ve been swallowing this pill with water so I can’t speak to its mixability in water.

I find that taking capsules is much more useful and these seem to be effective
I really appreciate the BCAA as I have trouble getting the necessary amount I need just out of the supplements I take for weightlifting alone. I find that it’s actually easier for me to take it in capsule form and I feel like it’s also more consistent as I’ve noticed that my workouts have been more effective and I’m putting on more muscle mass as a result. These are very easy to swallow and don’t have any lingering aftertaste or sudden odd smells they seem to be exactly what they claim to be and for that reason they also seem to be pretty effective. Overall I think that this is a little bit better in terms of finding a good delivery mechanism and a way to supplement my daily Branch chain amino acids because I personally don’t like drinking protein shakes I actually find them to taste disgusting no matter what brand it doesn’t feel right to have to chug and I’d actually just rather swallow a few pills so this appeals to me and has made my routine much more solid and is really helped me to maintain a consistent flow with my workouts.

Too low of dose for me
I can see why the price is so low. BCAA 1000mg doesn’t tell you how much is really in each of the amino acids. Each one has to be a certain amount if you’re into muscle building, especially the bodybuilding sport.Sure the capsules may be easy to swallow, and I can add it to food or as an extra to supplementation, but this won’t be enough for me into muscle building. This might be ideal amount for teenagers which are already getting protein from food, or elderly with poor dietary habits to give them at least slight advantage, or someone experiencing muscular wasting, but a professional in healthcare and nutritionist competent in regards to this would be your best persons for advisement if this is the case.2 vegetable capsules is only going to get you to 0.5 grams of L-leucine. 5 grams is the sweet spot for me, but no less than 2.5 grams.

Low dosage; check the label
This BCAA supplement has a fairly low dosage in comparison to others I’ve used, which may be why these are so inexpensive. The dosage may be fine for you, but definitely look into that before deciding on these.I’m using them for post-surgical recovery, just to give me a bit of a boost. I find them to go down smoothly, and I haven’t had any negative effects. It seems that a week is not long enough to “feel” the effects, yet I’m hoping these are helping my body in ways I cannot “feel.” I AM healing. As for efficacy, time will tell.
