Great for BBT
I’ve been very happy with this ring! I use it to track BBT to help with cycle interpretation, specifically TTA pregnancy. The app works well, the charge lasts at least a week, and the daily sync of the BBT is quick. The ring fits well and is durable. It also tracks sleep. I find this ring much easier to wear at night than a smartwatch. If you are on the fence about buying it, I say do it. I’ve been nothing but pleased with the app and performance of the ring.

Cracked after 6 months of normal wear
I’ve had this ring for a little over 6 months. It’s a great concept but the upload of information is very delayed for BBT.. I was so excited for this ring and it’s been so comfortable to wear. I work in an office, typing frequently and bake bread occasionally for my family.. never do any heavy lifting or strength training and my ring has a large crack in it. I assume from washing my hands but unsure.. wish I could get a replacement but the seller is not directly the Femometer company.

It’s Worth it
I’ve actually been using it for a while and I LOVE this ring. I’m using it nightly and I make sure to charge it. It’s lasted for at least 4 months now and it totally tracks everything! Best thing is the app is free if you buy this so BUY IT!

Gen 1 is worth the BBT tracking function
Honestly worth it. Im working up on month 3 of this and tbh I think mine is personally just glitching bc the charge that was keeping for a week easy is now dying much sooner ( I take it off for showers and lifting). I am giving it a very full charge right now and if not, ill return it to amazon and get the same one bc I like the format and the ring that much. Very easy to use. Easy to track bbt, and it matched my oral thermometer. I bought it to track my bbt for pregnancy planning and I wanted to be out of the loop a little bit, and here I am 5 weeks pregnant. Might upgrade to the gen 2 bc I do lowkey like the steps being tracked.

This ring works so well. I’ve only had it a few days but it’s already given me so much information. First, I want to say the size is snug. Not so snug you can’t wear it but snug enough it won’t slip off in the middle of the night. I bought a size 8, my normal ring size, and it fits my ring finger so well. Next, it’s super comfortable. It has a bit of weight when you wear it, and it’s slightly bulky, but not so much so you can’t sleep in it. It’s very sleek and super adorable. No one would even know it was a smart ring unless you say something. Third, the app is easy to use, and it auto syncs every morning which is so convenient. It was $130 for the ring, and it came with a free lifetime membership for the app. That to me is extremely useful and important. I bought the ring to get back in touch with my natural cycle and to relearn everything. So far it’s made it super simple to do. I absolutely love it so far!

I love it!!This ring has been a game changer when it comes to BBT! No more having to stress about taking your temp at the same time everyday! As far as I can tell, the temperature tracking has been very accurate ! It is also very comfortable and fits well!

Does not stay connected
I have not even had it a day. It will only stay connected in the app. Once you close the app everything you do beyond that point from closing it to a reopening it doesn’t even matter because it’s not picking it up.
