I’ve been really liking this green tea extract supplement. The formula is stronger than a lot of others since it uses a 20:1 extract with 50% EGCG, and it also includes green coffee bean and apple cider vinegar, which makes it feel like a more complete metabolism and energy support blend.I like that it gives a mild boost of energy without making me feel jittery like some caffeine supplements can. It’s more of a steady, natural pick-me-up. The capsules are also easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they’re vegan. I received this Green Tea Extract supplement through the Amazon Vine program for evaluation. While I initially intended to incorporate this into my daily routine, I have decided not to ingest the product because I am currently on heart medications. Even though I have a high resistance to caffeine and typically consume between 20 to 30 fluid ounces of coffee throughout the day, I want to avoid any potential for weird interactions between my prescribed medicine and the active botanical compounds in this supplement. I will likely pass this on to my son to see if he finds it helpful for his own focus and energy.The ingredient list on the bottle shows a thoughtfully designed stack. The primary component is a 400 mg dose of Green Tea Extract (20:1) standardized to 50% EGCG. This is equivalent to about 8,000 mg of raw green tea leaves. EGCG is the main antioxidant responsible for most of the health benefits associated with green tea, and 200 mg of actual EGCG per capsule is a robust amount that aligns with what is typically used in clinical studies for metabolism support. It also includes 80 mg of Apple Cider Vinegar powder and 25 mg of Green Coffee Bean Extract. While I love the flavor of green tea, sometimes it’s a hassle to make when I’m really busy with life. When I saw these capsules, I was interested in trying them for the convenience of it. It’s really important to me to avoid synthetic junk ingredients like artificial colors, flavors, etc when choosing a supplement. This one doesn’t have any of this. I also really like that the capsules are made from vegetable sources as I avoid pork products (which gelatin capsules are sometimes made from.) Vegetable capsules appeal to a wider variety of people such as those that follow vegan or vegetarian diets, those with mammal allergies, and others who follow special diets. I’m glad whenever a company decides to use vegetarian capsules rather than gelatin. This particular product also contains a few ingredients that synergize well with green tea, such as green coffee and apple cider vinegar. Overall, I’m really happy with both the quality and value of these. I can confidently recommend them for anyone looking for the benefits of green tea.

While I did not see mention of independent third-party testing—which would provide an extra layer of confidence—the overall labeling and transparency are still reassuring.The bottle clearly displays an expiration date. Mine arrived with a little over one year remaining, placing it nearly 11 months from manufacturing. Since this is a four-month supply, that timeline feels somewhat tight. While still usable, I would have preferred fresher stock to allow more flexibility.The caplets are medium to large in size but were still fairly easy for me to swallow.
