    Great book for those beginning keto
    I’ve tried other diets before with little success. A friend suggested Keto since she had been doing well on this diet. The book is easy to understand and has some great, easy recipes that are actually tasty. I like how there are even tips for how to shop for the keto diet in the US.

    Rarely does fast food also me and healthy food. In this case, it can be quick, but also healthy, which is amazing and definitely worth trying and seeing if it keeps your energy levels high enough to do the things you wanna do. For me it does.

    The intro provides useful information on the overview of the Keto diet. The recipes being 30mins or less offers a great option for busy households. There are a variety of recipes which all come with coloured photos. I like the layout of the book making it easy to read. I got the kindle version which doesn’t have the kindle contents page. This makes it a bit more tricky to navigate around the book.
